I was very disappointed to find out that my tires were NOT rotated when I was clearly told that they were. When I picked up my vehicle after the oil change I went in for, I asked my advisor if the tires were rotated and was told that they were. Just bought my new truck at Carl Black in Kennesaw. Troy Myers was my salesman. He was great to work with, he was very responsive to my phone calls and text messages. He made the entire process pleasant. The appraiser that looked at my trade was not a very good guy. Appraiser came across like a crook. My trade was a very nice 2500HD with only 52,700 miles. It was a 2017 model and the appraiser was insulting with his offer. Troy turned the whole thing around. I would highly recommend getting with Troy Myers for your next vehicle purchase.

The customer service team is inconsistent, and this time my experience was frustrating. I was informed that my representative, David, was out on Tuesday. Do not use this dealership for service. I spent months trying to get a noise fixed that they could not determine. Then went for a slow oil leak. Paid $3200 just to now have a massive oil leak. I came here for a oil leak diagnosis and catalytic converter replacement after going to the Chevrolet in Canton and having a terrible experience. They got my car in and out rather quickly and kept in constant communication. The price for service was fair as well. I would 100% recommend this Chevrolet over the Canton Chevrolet.

Chevy Service: Sean Foster was great. I explained to him that my mother in law wore out the vehicle and it was not running bad and that the Fuel Module was damaged and hopefully under a recall. Unfortunately, it was out of recall, but Sean tried every angle to help me out. Though I am not going to get the car fixed $10K engine with you guys, his understanding and help was greatly appreciated.
