From Mark the salesperson who was very patient and explained everything about the vehicle to me, the manager who helped negotiate the best pricing for my needs to Jeff the Finance person, all were excellent. There was no high pressure just information and ready to help with the process. I would highly recommend this dealership and the people I worked with to purchase my new Chevrolet Equinox.

Okay team! Listen, if you are looking for a vehicle this is the place. Make sure you ask for my buddy Raul. He has seriously been the best Sale Rep we've ever worked with. He listened thoroughly before trying to help us and didnt try to sale us something we didn't asked for. He was kind and patient. And he even went the extra mile by showing my kids the Corvettes. Do not use this dealership for service. I spent months trying to get a noise fixed that they could not determine. Then went for a slow oil leak. Paid $3200 just to now have a massive oil leak. Original repair was 02/03/26. Took the car back after finally getting an appointment and they still didn’t fix it. They want to charge another $2k+ to fix an issue they created. I came here for a oil leak diagnosis and catalytic converter replacement after going to the Chevrolet in Canton and having a terrible experience. They got my car in and out rather quickly and kept in constant communication. The price for service was fair as well. I would 100% recommend this Chevrolet over the Canton Chevrolet.
We recently made a car purchase on short notice when our car blew an engine. We were intending to just do some research but Jim, our sales rep, did a terrific job of showing us exactly what we wanted. He was very thorough and patient even though it was a busy day. Chevy Service: Sean Foster was great. I explained to him that my mother in law wore out the vehicle and it was not running bad and that the Fuel Module was damaged and hopefully under a recall. Unfortunately, it was out of recall, but Sean tried every angle to help me out. Though I am not going to get the car fixed $10K engine with you guys, his understanding and help was greatly appreciated.
My buying experience at Carl Black GMC was smooth and simple. My sales associate Troy addressed every request quickly and smoothly to support the buying experience.
Top notch service. On a road trip WI-FL and our breaks went out on our suburban with four kids in the car. This place got our car in minutes of pulling in the garage. Matt and Jason were exceptional. Very welcoming and accommodating. Can’t say how thankful we are for them and the service this department provided.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC. Our new 2026 Chevy is perfect! What really stood out was their no-nonsense approach, they focused on the actual purchase price without any games, and the financing process was remarkably easy.
I enjoyed everything about my service, including the frequent updates, the pricing breakdowns, and even the estimated time of the repair. However, after my vehicle was picked up and while driving home, I noticed that it had started making a new noise that wasn't present before the repairs. I haven't taken it back to get it looked at because I don't want to pay another fee to get my vehicle inspected after spending thousands of dollars on repairs, due to an issue that occurred during the repair.
