From Mark the salesperson who was very patient and explained everything about the vehicle to me, the manager who helped negotiate the best pricing for my needs to Jeff the Finance person, all were excellent. There was no high pressure just information and ready to help with the process. I would highly recommend this dealership and the people I worked with to purchase my new Chevrolet Equinox.

Sean, the service advisor quite literally saved me. I am a single Mom Tn and was in town because Braves home opener tickets and batting practice were my 13 year old son’s big Christmas present from his Nana and me. Nana went to Heaven not even three weeks ago so this trip was already bitter sweet. We start to head home Sunday and my engine fails in the car I’ve had less than a year 😱. A different place was able to quickly diagnose the problem and told me I had to take it to the nearest authorized dealer STAT. I find Sean at about 10 Monday morning and tearfully relay my story. Even though he is SO BUSY, he found a way to get the car diagnosed, warranty authorization, rental for me, and parts ordered SAME DAY. It is now BARELY over 24 hours later on Tuesday and because of SEAN, I’m crying tears of GRATITUDE today! I am on the road! This could have turned into an all week, thousands out of pocket in hotels and food (I’m four hours away from home), and instead it was a minor inconvenience solely because Sean combined amazing efficiency at his job with astounding human empathy and got me moving. This has been the WORST month of my life, BY FAR. Sean made this as painless as possible and I ended up taking my boy to an extra ball game. I will need a new vehicle within the next two years and I haven’t even met a salesperson on this lot….but Sean is why I will keep an open mind about this dealership, I’ve bought cars over state lines before! I can’t speak for their sales staff, but if you’re local you should consider giving this dealer your business because AFTER the sale, Sean will take amazing care of you! THANK YOU AGAIN SEAN!

Okay team! Listen, if you are looking for a vehicle this is the place. Make sure you ask for my buddy Raul. He has seriously been the best Sale Rep we've ever worked with. He listened thoroughly before trying to help us and didnt try to sale us something we didn't asked for. He was kind and patient. And he even went the extra mile by showing my kids the Corvettes. Thank you for your kindness and doing what you said you'd do, plus more! I called the dealership and was connected with Caleb in Service. The colleague went through several wheel lock keys until she found the correct one that matches my wheel, removed the wheel locks and replaced with new lugs. I asked where I can pay for the lugs and was told there would be no charge for the service or parts. What one dealership couldn't and WOULDN'T do for a customer, another exceeded all expectations and with pure kindness! Thank you so much - I will definitely use CB for my future new vehicle purchases and all services. Please give Caleb an "atta boy," high five and gold star! My wife and I have had a relationship at Carl Black for 20 plus years. We have bought Chevy's, GMCs and Buicks. Have had all serviced there. Always a wonderful experience. Here is what happened the week of March 16. The previous week, the wife and talked about trading our Silverado that I drive for something more economical. Just don't drive the truck much. Two nights after we talked, I dreamed of a red corvette with white interior. That's my dream car. But it's just a dream. This past weekend we shopped on line and decided on a red Chevy Trax that was off white with grey interior. Via calls, they started working a deal for me. So I headed to the dealer. I first stopped in to say hello to the folks in service. I grabbed a coffee and headed to the sales department. On the floor sat a red Buick with white interior. It was like a magnet pulling me to the car. It seemed like destiny. Never had a car hit me like that at first sight. So now I own a red Buick with Witte interior. I couldn't be happier with the sales and finance folks and the deal they worked for me. I really do appreciate all of the staff. Every visit folks I've never met say hello.

Dropped car off on a Sunday evening at Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC service. I was told it would be finished Monday by EOD.  I was using the Track your status link in an email and all it ever said was working on your vehicle.  So this status update was not helpful at all.  I would at least expect to see things like Ordering part for repair, part has arrived, technician installing part, etc.    Also, I had to reach out by phone everyday around 3pm or 4pm to get a status.  No one ever contacted me until Thursday to tell me the car was finally ready.  I was told  the service department never had to replace a heads-up display on 2024 envision before and it was very complicated and the technician was still reading up and working on getting it done and there was no timeframe on how long it would take.  My rep Bryan, was very apologetic when I would talk to him, but my options were to come in at get my car and drop it off again the next day or leave it and let them continue.  I understand an extra day, but 3.5 days is not very accommodating when you need your vehicle for work.  Once I complained enough about needing my car and asked if they had loaner car,  Bryan told me they have some but there were many people in line ahead of me for the loaner cars.  On Wednesday, Bryan did call and say they needed the car again and he had arranged a rental car with enterprise with a nearby Ford dealership.   I was actually leaving town on Thursday so I informed Bryan I would be using my wife's car but I would not be able to pickup mine until Monday (which would be a week) so hopefully they could have the car completed by then. I understand things happen however, giving a link to track progress that shows no progress and the customer having to reach out for updates and replan their work life doesn't lead to a good customer experience.

Do not use this dealership for service. I spent months trying to get a noise fixed that they could not determine. Then went for a slow oil leak. Paid $3200 just to now have a massive oil leak. Original repair was 02/03/26. Took the car back after finally getting an appointment and they still didn’t fix it. They want to charge another $2k+ to fix an issue they created. After being told to come back again in a week, I asked was the car safe to drive and was told yes but I needed to check the oil every day after the car cooled for 30 minutes. That means it was not safe to drive. Multiple repeat customers continue to come back after service repairs are not done properly. They do to ur to charge people and have horrible mechanics.

I came here for a oil leak diagnosis and catalytic converter replacement after going to the Chevrolet in Canton and having a terrible experience. They got my car in and out rather quickly and kept in constant communication. The price for service was fair as well. I would 100% recommend this Chevrolet over the Canton Chevrolet.

We recently made a car purchase on short notice when our car blew an engine. We were intending to just do some research but Jim, our sales rep, did a terrific job of showing us exactly what we wanted. He was very thorough and patient even though it was a busy day. Alex in the business office finalized the purchase very expeditiously. I would highly recommend Carl Black to anyone need a reputable dealer.

Carl Black is the best dealership around!

Chevy Service: Sean Foster was great. I explained to him that my mother in law wore out the vehicle and it was not running bad and that the Fuel Module was damaged and hopefully under a recall. Unfortunately, it was out of recall, but Sean tried every angle to help me out. Though I am not going to get the car fixed $10K engine with you guys, his understanding and help was greatly appreciated.

My buying experience at Carl Black GMC was smooth and simple. My sales associate Troy addressed every request quickly and smoothly to support the buying experience.

Top notch service. On a road trip WI-FL and our breaks went out on our suburban with four kids in the car. This place got our car in minutes of pulling in the garage. Matt and Jason were exceptional. Very welcoming and accommodating. Can’t say how thankful we are for them and the service this department provided.

Wonderful experience with a friendly staff

My Chevy Tahoe died and they helped me get it back up and working quickly without breaking the bank. Highly recommend.

Service writer Jonathan and crew did a great job with the oil change and also completed the work in less than the hour estimated, being just 20 minutes today!

I recently had an issue with the service department during a scheduled appointment, and I reached out to management to address it. Stephanie contacted me immediately and absolutely exceeded every expectation. She arranged a loaner vehicle on the spot, worked around my schedule, communicated clearly, and made the entire process smooth. Matt was also fantastic—professional, helpful, and made sure my Silverado was taken care of quickly and correctly. The dealership even went above and beyond by covering the cost of the service, which I did not expect. I’ve purchased 11 new vehicles in the last eight years for myself, my family, and my business, and I’ve never had a dealership respond this professionally and effectively after an issue. Mistakes happen, but the way Carl Black handled the situation showed real integrity and commitment to customer service. Because of this experience, we fully intend to buy our next vehicles from Carl Black—as long as the price is right, of course! Highly recommend.

I enjoyed everything about my service, including the frequent updates, the pricing breakdowns, and even the estimated time of the repair. However, after my vehicle was picked up and while driving home, I noticed that it had started making a new noise that wasn't present before the repairs. I haven't taken it back to get it looked at because I don't want to pay another fee to get my vehicle inspected after spending thousands of dollars on repairs, due to an issue that occurred during the repair. ***Update*** After hearing about the issues with my vehicle from the response to my survey, someone called me the next day from Carl Black to get an understanding of what was going on with my vehicle. I was able to get scheduled quickly, get my vehicle looked at (at no charge), and the repair taken care of (also at no charge) since it was related to the work that was recently done on my vehicle.

I bought a Traverse from Evan Wagner and I love it! Thank you for an easy process and following up!
